Photographs of Lehigh's Diebold AccuVote TS

This machine currently resides in Dan Lopresti's lab at Lehigh University. It was purchased on the ebay online auction website in December 2006. Lehigh undergraduates have studied this machine as a project in Engr 005, the introductory engineering course. Lehigh County, Pennsylvania is one jurisdiction now using this type of machine.

PERFECT is an acronym that stands for "Paper and Electronic Records for Elections: Cultivating Trust." PERFECT is a multidisciplinary research effort aimed at studying the reliable processing of paper ballots and other hardcopy election records.
