Photographs of Lehigh's Danaher (Shouptronic) 1242

This machine currently resides in Dan Lopresti's lab at Lehigh University. It was purchased at a government surplus auction and arrived at Lehigh in February 2007. It was last used in Tennessee for the 2004 Presidential Election. Several Lehigh undergraduates have studied the inner workings of the machine, research that is still in progress. Bucks County, Pennsylvania is one jurisdiction now using this type of machine.
